
Small Group Training makes fitness affordable, exciting and fun, while providing accountability, encouragement, education and support. Small Group Training is limited to 6 people per group so you get individualized instruction and supervision from your own personal trainer.

Small Group Training is more than just completing a workout by rotating equipment stations with different people. You work out in group fitness room equipped with dumbbells, medicine balls, resistance bands, tubing and agility equipment along with other individuals that share similar weight loss and/or fitness goals. Helen will lead you through an organized, well thought out workout that includes a combination of fat burning, strength training and body sculpting exercises. |
With , it’s something different every day, incorporating a variety of equipment and resistance training techniques, including CORE training, and cardio interval training programs to benefit every body.

| Helen will lead you through a total body fitness workout based on scientific exercise progression and sound physiological principles. Within weeks you will notice an improvement in your strength, your energy, and your overall fitness level. |

 • With a 3 month commitment, you’ll start with a fitness consultation, fitness assessment and body composition analysis. After assessing your current fitness levels and goals Helen will design an exclusive program that emphasizes balanced nutrition, cardiovascular exercise and resistance training.
